Hump Day Hoopla!

Happy Wednesday! And...... Happy Birthday to my longtime friend, Amanda!
It's been a great week so far. We've been pretty low key. Tonight we took dinner to Tammy and Tanner in there new house. It is so pretty! This weekend will be great with Amanda's birthday dinner and Halloween. Hayden should be able to trick or treat for a little longer this year, as opposed to last.

This morning was a busy morning for me. After my appointments, mom asked me to take some pictures of her and her new ride so she can send them to our family in Taiwan. It wasn't at its cleanest, but then again, it is mom's vehicle! Thought I'd share some on the blog.

After mom's photo shoot, I got a much needed massage! Thanks Dixie!

Another Weekend Gone!

A weekend gone, another week begins....

We've had a busy, but nice, weekend. It is Sunday evening and I'm updating the blog while Spencer eats his dinner and Hayden is coloring. But we're all at the table together. We're also watching Carolina get there hind parts whooped by Buffalo. Oh...no....wait....it's kind of turning around! We'll see..... ok..never mind, it's over.

Hayden and I spent half the day in Raleigh with my mom. We went to Grand Asia Market and got our favorite milk tea and pastry. I love that place, even when it's packed (as it was today). Then To ULTA for some more Bare Minerals foundation, and two new eye shadow pallets. Then dinner at Fortune Palace, which I highly recommend.

Yesterday, Kathy and I took the kids to Vollmer Farm and checked out all the fun stuff and pumpkins they have. It sprinkled most of the time we were there, so we left early. Spencer and I enjoyed Terry and Kelly's shower yesterday evening. Good food and a good pomegranate martini (or two). Spencer helped Travis move into their new home today, so we missed out on church. It's a good thing our God is forgiving!

Hayden and I got our H1N1 flu shots Thursday night after waiting two hours at the Health Department. She got her seasonal flu shot Friday morning. I'm glad that's taken care of!
Here are more pictures from earlier on this week.

Pajama's Only

Ahh! Sunday! I love Sundays. It's been a pajama Sunday today. I woke up with a terrible kink in my shoulder that has progressively gotten worse. Since I've been out of commission today, Hayden and I have been lounging around watching NFL Football. She has been her normal, busy self. I however can't turn my head to the left, right, or down. I don't have any early appointments tomorrow, so I may stay home! I did manage to take some quick pics of Hayden. When Hayden gets in trouble she gets "the look", which she has been able to master herself (see above picture)! She has also been practicing Trick or Treating with her pumpkin.

Hope everyone has a great week!

One more thing.........

Your welcome!

I <3 Jack Johnson!

Wednesday's Week in Review

Oh I am being sooooo lazy today! Beth needed off, so I am taking half a day today and tomorrow off! It's cold and rainy outside, Hayden's taking a nap, and I've been eating all day! I'm trying to set the mood for winter.
It's not been too interesting since my last post. Saturday night, Spencer and I (along with Tammy and Travis) went to a Canadian Tuxedo Party at Daniel's uncle's hunting club. It was Travis's 27th birthday, so we suprised him by going. We had to wear either denim or flannel, or both. Tammy did just that............

Sunday was spent cleaning the front porch with Clorox and a sponge. It looks fabulous now, thanks to my hubby.

Had to take some pics of my precious Hayden in her precious outfits she wore this week. I am so glad she's not particular right now. I'm a stickler for dresses, bows, stripes and polka dots!

This is the outfit she has on today. I had my matching Ugg boots on (hers are Target brand) and she was so proud of that. I went to The Red Caboose on Monday and bought her 8 new bows (and a new smock dress)! They're bigger than the old ones, but fit her head perfectly (or so I think).

It was only 50 degrees this morning, so her cute tweed coat from Old Navy topped off her outfit.

She has finally learned to scoot forward on wheels. I was taping her as Anna, our cleaning lady, came up, so that's who I'm talking to. Thank goodness for Anna. She's an excellent house cleaner and she is for hire!

Happy Friday!

It's been a great day today! Hayden is sitting in my lap eating her crackers as I write this post.

She had an 18 month check up this morning with Dr. Lawrence. After waiting about an hour, Hayden gave the doctor, and her resident, a little show of abc's and dance. It was so cute. Dr. Lawrence examined her and she is in the 75% of the average!! Hayden's weight; 26.8 lbs, and length; 32. We are so proud! She has always been smaller, only in the 20% since birth, than the average. She went from baby to toddler overnight!!

After a great lunch with Shannon at Dick's Hot Dog Stand, Hayden and I came home and took a nice afternoon nap!

Her dad and I are going to cook steaks on the grill while she eats her fish sticks. It's been a hot one! But the hot weather is fading fast. It's going to be in the 60's this upcoming week (yay). I'm so ready for the cooler weather. Spencer has spent about 3 days staining our fence. He finished today and it is a job well done!

Here are some more of my attempts to dress our porch up for fall. We haven't gotten a real pumpkin yet, but we're going this upcoming weekend to Hilldale Farm to get one.

Well, it's going to be a great weekend. Work all day tomorrow, then celebrating Travis's birthday tomorrow evening and Chris's on Sunday!

Yard Sale

Good afternoon everyone! Our first every Bellamy/Moss yard sale attempt took place this lovely Saturday morning. It wasn't much of a success, I made $8.50 and Tammy made $10. The experience was fun. I told Tammy and Travis we had hit another family/friendship milestone together. We had already done so much as a group, but this was new for us. All that was missing was Tanner (he's visiting her mom this weekend). Hayden came along and did so well. We gladly donated the rest of your things to the Christian Thrift Store in Nashville.

Just thought I'd share some silly pictures of the guys!

I Heart Fall

Fall has arrived!!

I got to dress Hayden in the cutest, almost too small, Kelly's Kids outfit today. Her daddy bought the prettiest orange mum, so I had a perfect photo op!

I love the weather, the smells, he trees, the festivals, pumpkins, Halloween, candy corn, costumes, harvest, shopping for Christmas, mums, and did I mention pumpkins.
